Gemma Solon, Processor
Gemma has previous front desk, customer service, and data entry experience in the healthcare and retail industries and is accustomed to working in customer-facing roles with both clients and the general public. She is interested in real estate and is also quite mechanically inclined. Gemma enjoys working on her classic muscle car in her spare time.

Our company is owned by two of the most pre-eminent real estate attorneys in the area, Dennis R. DeLoach, Jr. and Peter T. Hofstra. Seminole Title Company has served Pinellas County since 1993. After more than 50 years in the legal profession, Dennis R. DeLoach, Jr. still enjoys practicing law because, for him, it is all about helping people, and he does his very best to help them with whatever issue they may have. Dennis enjoys assisting clients with property acquisitions and in administering complex estates. Dennis opened Seminole Title Company with his law partner, Peter Hofstra in 1993.
Angie Freeman, Licensed Title Agent and Closer
Angie hails from Pasadena, Maryland but moved to the sunshine state in 2012. She began her career in the title industry in 1997 and is a Notary and Licensed Title Agent and Closer who joined Seminole Title Company after moving to our area. Angie loves her Baltimore Ravens! When not cheering them on, she can be found relaxing at the beach or reading a book.
Kathy Carpenter, Licensed Title Agent and Closer
Kathy was born in Buffalo, New York but has lived in seven different states. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Kathy was happy to return to Florida after 17 years away as she loves the warm weather, beach and gardening. In addition to Kathy’s years of title experience, she has an extensive background working in Mortgage Lending and Banking.
Carrie T. Russell, Licensed Title Agent and Closer
Carrie is a licensed Florida title agent and has over 18 years of real estate title and closing experience in Florida and the Northeast. Prior to working in title, she worked in the mortgage industry in New Jersey. In her spare time, Carrie enjoys conducting research and travelling.
Patricia “Pattie” Robinson, Processor
Pattie spent most of her childhood in Blackwood, New Jersey but moved with her family to Pinellas County after her father retired from the US Army. Pattie attended St. Petersburg College and is the mother of four grown children, including a set of twin boys. Pattie is a Notary and has held various positions within Seminole Title Company since she came aboard in 1997!
Pam Alexander, Processor
Pam was born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania but moved to Florida as an infant. She is a graduate of Pinellas County Schools and a lifelong resident of Seminole. Pam has been working in the title industry for 26 years and with Seminole Title Company since 1997. When Pam is not working, she is enjoying time with her animals – a Pomeranian, Maltese and an African Grey parrot or gardening in her yard.
Angela Durham, Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant
Angela is the newest member of the Seminole Title Company team. She moved here in 2014 from Eastern North Carolina where she was a licensed Realtor. A graduate of East Carolina University, Angela hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Angela is an animal lover and volunteer with animal rescue organizations.
Tammi Hagedorn, Business Development
Tammi is a native Floridian with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia and a Master’s in Education Degree in Guidance and Counseling from the University of North Florida. After living in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Memphis, Tennessee, she and her husband (also a native Floridian) returned to Florida in 1991. Tammi joined Seminole Title Company in Business Development in 1995 and enjoys spending time with friends, bicycling and boating.
Simone DeLoach, Director of Marketing
Simone recently joined Seminole Title Company and is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the title company’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities. Simone is an experienced business development and marketing professional with 15 years’ experience working with non-profits in the Tampa Bay area. Simone earned a Bachelor of Arts in Museum Studies with a minor in Visual Arts from Eckerd College and a Master of Business Administration from University of South Florida, St. Petersburg. She is also a 2010 graduate of Leadership St. Pete.
Joseph “Joe” M. Murphy was born and raised in Seminole and is a proud graduate of Largo High School. He earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science Education and Masters of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University (FSU). Joe went on to earn his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He began practicing law with DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis, P.A. in 2014 and became Vice-President of Seminole Title Company in 2018. In his spare time, Joe enjoys shooting, fishing, working out and walks with his wife.
