Many first-time or inexperienced buyers/sellers arrive at a real estate closings with no idea of what to expect. At Seminole Title, we take a team approach when it comes to serving you and helping you understand every document. Teams consist of a "closer" and a "processor". The "closer" prepares the actual documents you will sign and conducts the actual closing. The "processor" assists the "closer" in preparing for the closing and is primarily responsible for obtaining and verifying all of the contact information necessary for preparing the closing documents. The processor is also responsible for the "post-closing" activities to include: distributing checks to the various creditors and recording the transactions in the appropriate court of jurisdiction. Both the closer and processor work as a team and can assist you with any questions. In addition, at Seminole Title Company, we strive to make our closing teams interchangeable, so, someone is always available.
